Questions about the games:

• Is delivery really free?
  Yes, we deliver free of charge within Germany from a goods value of 35 euros and within the EU from a goods value of 100 euros
  
  
• I need the game quickly - can I do express shipping?
  Just contact us shortly afterwards and we will tell you the surcharge for express shipping
  
• What if I no longer want a pre-ordered game?
  You can cancel your purchase without giving a reason up to 14 days before shipping and get your money back - after deducting a 5% handling fee - without ifs and buts.
  
  
• Why do I get the game in a box from a different retailer?
  We believe that the flood of cardboard that ends up in the garbage every day is a waste of valuable resources and we are therefore in favor of packaging reuse. We regularly receive clean and intact boxes from our community for our shipping so that they don't end up in the garbage.

• I need the figure very quickly - can I do express shipping?
  Just contact us shortly afterwards and we will tell you the surcharge for express shipping
  
  
• What if the character doesn't want to anymore?
  You can cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt and get your money back - no ifs or buts, after we have received the figure back undamaged. You only have to take care of the return shipment in our transport packaging. However, if the figure has already been fully or partially assembled/glued by you, we will not take it back.
  
  
• Why do I get the miniatures in a box from a different dealer?

• What kind of material are the miniatures made of?
  All of our figures are made from a synthetic resin that hardens under UV light.
  
  
• I lost or damaged part of the figure (ex. arm), can I get a replacement?
  Yes, of course it is possible. We will send you the lost part of the figurine in return for a refund of the postage
  
  
• What glue should I use for assembly?
  It is best to use a standard superglue
  
  
• Is the figure suitable for the balcony/garden?
  No, for resin figures. They "suffer" from constant exposure to the sun. In the garden or on the windowsill, the figure will become brittle and fragile.
  Yes, for PLA or PETG filament models.
  
  
• Do I need to prime the figure before painting it?
  Yes, a primer is necessary for the paint to adhere well to the model. The easiest way is to use an acrylic spray can primer from the craft store, or if you have an airbrush you can prime with that as well
