Hoplomachus: Remastered is a gladiator fighting game set in the mythical first century AD. Play as one of seven factions in an easy-to-learn but hard-to-master rule set with squad-based tactics and face off against other warriors and beasts from other worlds in an arena.

Hoplomachus features solo, two-player co-op, and up to four-player PVP game modes: Remastered is an epic collection of the very best content from the Chip Theory classics Hoplomachus: The Lost Cities and Hoplomachus: The Rise of Rome. Hoplomachus: Remastered is now updated with optimized rules and beautiful original graphics: Remastered offers hours of reinvigorated gameplay, no matter what playstyle you prefer!

Hoplomachus: Remastered includes everything that originally made the franchise a hit, with its easy playability, multiple combat modes, and subtle variations between factions. We're giving the series a major production update to make it the game we wanted from Chip Theory from the start. With new original graphics, more attractive graphic design, streamlined rules and component compatibility with Victorum, Hoplomachus now embodies the premium experience of Chip Theory Games in every respect.

This game for single player, two player cooperative mode and two to four player competitive mode collects and combines the best game content from Hoplomachus: The Lost Cities and Hoplomachus: Rise of Rome, as well as several of their expansions.

Although both Victorum and Remastered are standalone titles, the gladiator and tactical chips are compatible between both games, allowing players to mix and match chips for even more gameplay options!
